Victor was born in the plains of Baghdad during the Israeli austerity regime.
He immigrated to Israel with only three things: a camel, a bowl and hummus.
When he arrived in Israel, he first settled in Rosh Haayin (Umm al-Ayn),
But was expelled after about an hour by Bukharan camel haters.
Victor decided to become a hobo.
He glued the bowl to the camel's hump using an advanced carpenter's glue
purchased a water-bag and a box of raw tahini at grocery store of his uncle -
Avraham Yaakov George Naim,
And has become the world's first traveling hummus joint -
For which he also won the ACUM award, The Peres Peace award,
the Nobel Prize for advanced literature and of course - a Guinness World Record.

ויקטור נעים נולד בערבות בגדד בתקופת הצנע הישראלית.
הוא עלה לארץ עם שלושה דברים בלבד: גמל, קערה וחומוס.
כשהגיע לישראל, התיישב תחילה בראש העין (אום אל עיין),
אך גורש לאחר כשעה ע"י שונאי גמלים בוכרים.
ויקטור החליט להפוך לנווד.
הוא הדביק עם דבק נגרים מתקדם את הקערה אל דבשת הגמל,
רכש נאד מים וקופסת טחינה גולמית במכולת של דודו -
אברהם יעקב ג'ורג' נעים,
והפך להיות החומוסייה הנודדת הראשונה בעולם -
על כך גם זכה בפרס אקו"ם, פרס פרס לשלום,
פרס נובל לספרות מתקדמת וכמובן - בשיא גינס.
